Wow, so apparently I never felt like updating my journal since April. Epic lack of motivation seems like. Then again, most ranting has been displaced elsewheres so I guess that is understandable.

I am writing to you all from my highly unstable laptop, whose keyboard is sporadic and in need of serious medication, I'm thinking ANTI-PSYCHOTICS. I love this little HP Pavilion, but man sometimes it makes me want to take wrench to it. That it stands to gain efficiency after being smashed in tells you a lot about its state. THANKFULLY, my PC is once again in decent working order, and has SHINYSHINY new Windows 7 OS on it. DID I MENTION THE SHINY? As it is, I mostly use Photoshop through my PC, 'cause tablet on laptop tends to be jerky. Probably just need to install drivers, but I guess I am lazy?

So summer has already started, and is already half way done (thankfully) which makes me wonder if I was so damn bored the first half, why did I never bother wasting time typing away on my journal?? The idiocy of froggies is never to be underestimated.Oh well the first six weeks consisted of taking a class which didn't really afford me much time except to do homework, complain, and sleep. Well actually much sleeping didn't take place either due to my need for conversing surpassing need to slumber. Note to self: never try to sit through orgo lectures on 4 hours of sleep again.

I should possibly have cute!art to update with within the next week. It alleviates my guilt slightly that even though my verbal presence was markedly missing these past few months, I have at least updated the visual aspects of my DA page. Huzzah! Also, Facebook graffiti app is fixing my oekaki needs. Man, I remember when I used to oekaki nearly every day? What happened to all those boards I used to frequent?? (Lol, they are pretty much shut down at this point) Also the advent of Shi Painter surprisingly didn't go over well with me, because I dunno. I liked oekaki (Paint BBS specifically) because it was so SIMPLE. 2 layers man, 2 layers. And now Shi Painter forced me to actually want to take advantage of its multi layer function and smooth pen function and uh dunno. But it sure did have shiny colors and textures.It's sad but I suck at linearting in Photoshop too, so I feel like my CG skills have not improved any. And don't get me started on backgrounds >__<

Okay I shall now take my leave for probably another few months. Or maybe there will be a new journal next week? Who knows?
